In 2023, Simford Motorsport made a bold move and expanded into the world of clay racing. They started a new Clay Crew, with drivers Troy Gleeson in the Superod class, Dave Anderson in the Wingless Sprintcar class, and Aaron Hie in the Super Sedan class.
Gleeson, Anderson, and Hie were all experienced racers with a passion for speed and competition. They were thrilled to join the Simford Motorsport team and work towards achieving their goals together.
The team worked hard to prepare for the 2023 Victorian Speedway Championship, one of the most prestigious racing events in Australia. They fine-tuned their cars and honing their skills, determined to make a strong showing at the races.
